Securitas: One Customer, One Advisor, One Solution
When Securitas needed to communicate their service concept of 'One Customer, One Advisor, One Solution', they chose video from Lstn as their medium.
Securitas are one of the largest providers of security services in the world. Their scale, expertise and best of breed industry partners allow them to provide complete security solutions to their customers.
Securitas work as expert security advisors for their customers, taking into account all of the security needs to determine the most cost effective solution.
This concept is summed up by the service proposition 'One Customer, One Advisor, One Solution' and Lstn were commissioned to produce a film to communicate this concept.
Shot on location at the Heineken UK brewery in Tadcaster and a Land Securities development site in Kent, we used interviews with these existing clients to explain the benefits of Securitas providing a complete security solution.
From this, 3 edits were produced for use in different situations (including a version subtitled in Swedish for use at head office). This resulted in an accurately targeted video that adhered to Securitas brand guidelines and delivered the key messages associated with 'One Customer, One Advisor, One Solution'.
